SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from ohshit store. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. We gladly accept returns to dressbarn.com or any of our retail stores! To ensure that you will receive a credit for your return, all products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with price tickets attached. 

Please review the following information regarding our merchandise return options:

DB RSVP dresses or shrugs are not eligible for return if the original tickets and hangtags have been removed from the garment.  Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before removing. Any product that has been worn will be returned to the customer.

PayPal
Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit card for the purchase price. Without an original sales receipt/invoice, we will extend a merchandise credit card for the current selling price of the returned merchandise. dressbarn cannot return funds to PayPal accounts for purchases made on dressbarn.com in store locations. Please use the return label to ship your order back to our warehouse for a refund to your account.

Return To Store
We are happy to accept your dressbarn.com items for return or exchange in any of our dressbarn retail stores. To find the store location nearest to you, please visit our store locator page.

Returns/Exchanges are gladly accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date for unworn items that have price tickets or defective items. We reserve the right to require your name, address, and telephone number on all returns and exchanges, and for returns without a receipt you will be required to present a valid government-issued ID. If a discount was applied to the original purchase, the return amount will be adjusted accordingly.
When you have an original sales receipt or online customer Invoice, refunds will be provided based on your original form of payment. We reserve the right to verify original purchase on returns made without a receipt.

  • A cash refund will be issued when original payment was made with cash or a check.

  • A credit will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

  • If a gift/merchandise card or gift receipt was used, an exchange or a merchandise credit will be issued.

  • Our stores are not able to apply a refund to a PayPal account used for online purchases. The refund will be provided in the form of a merchandise credit. A refund may be credited to the PayPal account if you ship the return back to the online warehouse using the return label provided.

Without a receipt, we will issue a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price offered during the past 30 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please ensure that you are only returning items that were purchased at dressbarn.com. We cannot process returns for items that were purchased in our retail stores. If your return total is less than $10.00 or you would prefer to use your own shipping method follow the below steps:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

  • Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.

  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

  • Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):
